6 x CrossFit Games athlete Cassidy Lance-McWherter will coach you through our 6-week Féroce strength cycle. Cassidy will lead you through a progressive cycle to build your strength foundation. The program includes traditional powerlifting and weightlifting movements such as the deadlift, squats, overhead press, bench press and lunges. This program can be performed in most conventional gyms as well as CrossFit spaces.
